The music of “Joseph and His Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat” is coming to Sudbury!
The 60 voice Jubilation Youth Choir from St. Stephen’s Lutheran Church in Bloomington will be performing on Friday 12 June 2015 at St. Timothy’s Lutheran Church, Copper Cliff starting at 7:00 p.m. Admission is a free-will offering for this once-only performance.
“Joseph and His Amazing Technicolour Dreamcoat” is the story of Joseph, a hero in the book of Genesis, who receives a beautiful multi-coloured cloak from his father Jacob. Joseph’s jealous brothers sell Joseph to Egyptian slave-traders. But Joseph becomes highly favoured by the Egyptian pharoah and becomes a very powerful official in Egypt. When his brothers travel to Egypt seeking food to take back to their families and their father, Joseph has a hard decision to make.
