The annual Deanery Day for Sudbury/Manitoulin will be held on 24 September 2011 at Church of the Ascension (1476 Sparks Street, Sudbury) and start at 9:30am with Eucharist and the installation of David Stamp as Diocesan Layreader.
Our special guest speaker is the Rev. Dr. John Bowen, Professor and Director of the Institute of Evangelism from Wycliffe College.
The Ascension will make tea/coffee etc. however people attending are requested to bring a brown bag lunch.

It is our hope that many members of our parishes will be in attendance as we look with hope to the future in Algoma. We look forward to welcoming Dr. Bowen to our deanery – please keep him in your prayers as he prepares for his time with us.
